well worth money item was easy to set up and program.I see a few complaints about the sticky tape, people dont use sticky tape to install things you dont want to fall like a sensor.use screws and you have to mount a 3/8 block of plywood behind one side of sensor if you have doors with trim,as most do.for the large part of sensor(no holes) simply apply with tape then screw in screw right below and above sensor part at angle holding it,or take apart and drill hole in back to use screw.Had for couple weeks and no false alarms yet.Be smart and plan your install.Dont stick sticker on front door, you dont wanna let bad guys know the kinda system you have, buy generic signs or stickers.I did drop one plastic remote on ground and the inside came loose, put back together and had to repair with keypad,no problem.I will buy the metal remote for key chain in hopes it will take more abuse.Plan to get outdoor siren and more sensors, great system so far for the diy-er…..update ..had few months now and no false alarms…
